BEARFACE Triple Oak is a single grain Canadian whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, then aged in French oak red wine casks and air-dried virgin Hungarian oak. Each cask within our triple oak process delivers unique flavour, aroma and texture. Elemental Ageing™ is our unique maturing method, our casks are matured in repurposed shipping containers and exposed to the Canadian wilderness. Daily and seasonal temperature fluctuations are the natural forces behind our Elemental Ageing™ process. The metal shipping containers intensify the already seasonal temperature and humdity swings in the Canadian wilderness. This creates a deeper interaction between the whisky and the casks, transforming the whisky inside for a bolder, smoother flavour.
